The practical questions.
What to send, what can be made and how the work reaches your website.
I only have a few photographs. Can we still start?
Yes, send them for an initial review. A small set of images may be enough to discuss the direction, but not enough to build an accurate view of every side. We may need additional photographs, measurements, material references or manufacturer files before confirming the scope.
Do I need an existing 3D model?
Not necessarily. A suitable manufacturer CAD or 3D model can be a useful starting point. If there is no model, we first assess the product and references, then agree whether modelling is feasible and what that adds to the scope and cost.
What is the difference between a 360° product view and room imagery?
A 360° product view lets a visitor rotate an individual piece of furniture. Room imagery places that furniture in a styled setting. Our daylight and evening scenes are still images. Each interactive product also has a Room background option, which places it in a fully modelled 3D room. Dragging moves the camera around the stationary furniture and room together.
Can customers change the fabric or finish?
Where suitable material references and model assets are available, a viewer can include finish choices. Our velvet chair sample demonstrates two variants. The finishes, level of detail and number of options for your product are agreed in the brief.
Will the 360° view work on mobile?
Plain product views support touch rotation and pinch zoom in modern browsers with WebGL. The high-quality 3D room needs WebGPU support and refines after you stop moving. Room still images remain available on other devices. Loading and refinement speed depend on your connection and graphics hardware.
Can the visuals go on my existing website?
Still images can be supplied for normal website upload. An interactive viewer may be embedded or linked as a standalone page, depending on the platform and its permissions. Share your website platform before the quote so any integration work can be scoped. We do not assume access to edit your site.
What files will I receive?
The delivery is agreed before production. It may include JPG, PNG or WebP still images in specified sizes, and a browser viewer or GLB model for a 360° project. Source scene files, additional formats and website implementation are separate scope items to discuss.
How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?
Both depend on the product, available assets, modelling requirements, number of views and review stages. We confirm a quote and schedule after reviewing your references. There is no fixed price or turnaround assumed from the showcase.
How do revisions work?
The quote sets out the review checkpoints and included revision rounds. Product proportions and materials are reviewed before final delivery, and room composition and lighting are reviewed before final rendering. Additional products or a changed brief may require a revised scope.
Are the showcase pieces real client projects?
No. They are portfolio studies made with licensed sample models, with room staging and lighting created for this showcase. They demonstrate the presentation and interactive viewing approach. Full model and software credits are available on our credits page.
Can you guarantee an exact match from photos?
An exact match cannot be promised from incomplete references. Unseen details, dimensions and material behaviour need to be checked. We agree what can be represented from your inputs and use review stages to resolve uncertainties before final delivery.
How do I get started?
Email guestview@guestview.co.uk or use the project brief on our contact page to prepare an email. Include a product link, the references you have and what you would like to make. If you have a target date, mention it so we can assess the scope around it.
Start with one product.
Share a product, tell us where the visuals will be used, and we’ll help shape the right first project.
